Data Deletion Request
Request Your Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data under GDPR (Article 17) and CCPA. This process typically takes up to 30 days to complete.
What will be deleted:
- Account information and login credentials
- Shipping and billing addresses
- Marketing preferences and email subscriptions
- Quiz responses and personalization data
- Facebook marketing custom audience data
- Cookies and tracking data
What will be retained (legally required):
- Transaction records (7 years for tax compliance)
- Legal dispute records (if applicable)
- Anonymized analytics data (cannot identify you)
Method 1: Email Request
Send an email from the address associated with your account:
Email privacy@nuggetclub.comInclude "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line and your account email address.
Method 2: Account Dashboard
Log in to your account and request deletion:
Go to Account SettingsNavigate to Privacy Settings → Delete Account & Data
Processing Timeline
- Immediate: Marketing communications stopped
- Within 7 days: Account deactivated and data removed from active systems
- Within 30 days: Complete deletion from all systems and backups
- Confirmation email: Sent once deletion is complete

Facebook Data Deletion
To comply with Facebook's Platform Policies, we provide specific instructions for deleting data obtained through Facebook integrations:
- Lead form data collected via Facebook Lead Ads
- Custom audience data used for remarketing
- Conversion event data tracked by Facebook Pixel
- Social profile information from Facebook Login (if applicable)
Submitting a data deletion request above will automatically include all Facebook-connected data. You may also manage your Facebook ad preferences directly at facebook.com/settings/ads.
